This luxury container house is a complete one-bedroom home built inside a 40ft high cube. It has a 10ft x 7ft bedroom, a 20ft open kitchen and living area, and a full bathroom. Closed-cell spray foam insulates the walls (R13) and ceiling (R21), two mini-splits heat and cool it, and three 72in full-glass French doors open it up to the outdoors. It is wired to a 200 amp panel and plumbed with PEX and PVC like a site-built home.

Everything worked perfectly for the delivery of my first of two containers I’ve ordered from this company. I have had two other containers delivered by another company, and the difference was Night and Day. This driver was very professional and knew exactly how to handle his truck. He was also very helpful and wanted to do his best to get the container where I wanted it. Which I truthfully didn't think he could do. Their prices can’t be beat, I received 3 quotes from other container supply companies and First Choice Containers blew them all out of the water. The lower price even included tax and the delivery.
